The First Commissioner of Kenya in Mozambique, Dorcas Bungei, expressed interest in cooperating with Zambezi Agency in the areas of agro-industry and land management.
“I was recommended to visit Zambezi Agency because it is a reference in agriculture in Mozambique,” said the diplomat, on Friday morning, during a visit to the Zambezi Valley Pavilion, at the 57th edition of FACIM.
“I find very interesting the various actions of the Zambezi Agency” – referring to the activities supported by this institution in order to increase the production and productivity of producers.
The First Commissioner of the Republic of Kenya pledged to facilitate links to assist the packaging process of the products of SOJA, a private entity, based in Manica Province.
Also during the visit to the Zambezi Pavilion, the representative of Kenya showed interest in learning more about the intervention of the Zambezi Agency in the component of Spatial Planning because she believes that “it is the basis of all development activities.
