The Zambezi Agency participated on Monday (May 15), in the Forum of preparation of the 3rd China – Africa Economic and Trade Exhibition (CAETE), held in Maputo City
CAETE will take place from June 29th to July 2nd, 2023, in the City of Changsha, Hunan Province, People’s Republic of China.
The China – Africa Economic and Trade Exhibition preparation forum, led by the Minister of Industry and Trade, Silvino Moreno, was attended by a Delegation from the Chinese Province of Hunan and about 70 people, representing the public and private sectors *of Mozambique*.
In this event a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce and its Chinese counterpart.
The representative of the Zambezi Agency in Maputo, Paulo Risco, presented the potentialities and investment opportunities in the Zambezi Valley, which covers the central provinces of Tete, Manica, Sofala and Zambezia.
As part of the working visit to Mozambique, the Chinese delegation plans to visit some enterprises in the national territory
