The Zambezi Agency recently organized a multi-sectorial work meeting with the aim of improving technical details for the implementation of the Integrated Market for Fish, Vegetables and Fruit in the City of Tete.
The activity involved technical meetings involving staff from the Zambezi Agency, National Institute for the Development and Management of Fisheries Infrastructure (INFRAPESCA), Municipal Council of Tete, Provincial Delegation of the Institute of Fisheries Inspection, Provincial Services for Economic Activities and the Project for Economic Links for Diversification (PLED), funded by the World Bank.
The work team also visited the proposed site to build Integrated Market and held a meeting with the President of the Municipal Council of Tete, Cesar de Carvalho.
