The Zambeze Agency was honored today in Tete as part of the celebrations marking the 50th anniversary of Rádio Moçambique (RM).
According to the broadcaster, Arune Valy, representing the Board of Directors, the award recognizes the Zambeze Agency’s contribution to RM’s role in informing, educating, and entertaining.
The Director-General of the Zambeze Agency received a certificate of merit and a medal named after Manuel Tomé, titled “AMIZADE.”
On the occasion, Celso Cunha reiterated the Zambeze Agency’s commitment to continue supporting the strengthening of RM’s institutional capacity with the aim of expanding the station’s signal coverage and promoting access to information, thereby contributing to economic and social development in the Zambeze Valley.
